Appeals win for first responders with PTSD. The case interprets the 2019 PTSD presumption statute under Minn. Stat. 176.011, subd. 15, for the first time. Dan and Lindsey practice workers’ compensation law, PERA/MSRS disability law, and personal injury law. Molly Hough (pictured below) now practices at Chestnut Cambronne (Minneapolis). Molly’s practice focuses on commercial, employment, construction and real estate litigation.
Brittany Yelle (pictured below) is now Associate General Counsel (Real Estate) for Kraus-Anderson. Kraus-Anderson is an integrated development, construction and real estate leasing and management enterprise.
Luke Bolduan J.D., LL.M. and his wife moved to Rochester, Minnesota. Luke now works remotely for Project Consulting Group, a Minneapolis consulting firm, as a Data Privacy Consultant.
