PROGRAMOPTIONS The University of St. Thomas graduate pro- grams in Organizational Ethics and Compliance are offered in partnership between its ABA- accredited School of Law andAACSB-accredited Opus College of Business. You’ll gain the leader- ship skills to persuade and influence — talents that are well-honed in the St. Thomas law and business environments. And you’ll learn to build consensus, collaborate and solve problems within diverse organizational structures. No matter where you start, we have a path for you. M.S.L. The Master of Studies in Law (30 credits) is for those who hold an undergraduate degree and seek a graduate degree specifically tailored to a career in ethics and compliance. Online M.S.L . The online Master of Studies in Law (30 credits) allows those who hold an undergraduate degree to earn a specialized graduate degree from anywhere in the country. This program operates in a cohort model with the entire curriculum preselected. LL.M. The Master of Laws (24 credits) is for those who already hold a U.S. law degree and seek an LL.M. degree specifically tailored to a career in ethics and compliance.

Online LL.M . The ultimate in flexibility, the online Master of Laws (24 credits) allows those who already hold a U.S. law degree to earn a specialized LL.M. from St. Thomas from anywhere in the country. This program operates in a cohort model with the entire curriculum preselected. J.D./LL.M. Dual Degree The Juris Doctor (88 credits) and LL.M. in Organizational Ethics and Compliance (24 credits) dual degree is for those who want to earn two law degrees in a shortened time frame. J.D. Compliance Concentration The J.D. with a compliance concentration (88 credits, 12 of which must be in ethics and compliance) is for those pursuing a J.D. who want to note a compliance concentration on their transcript and resume. Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) The Organizational Ethics and Compliance program offers a certification course in conjunction with the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP). The certification obtained at the completion of the final exam distinguishes individuals with intermediate to advanced proficiency and a commitment to advancing securities compliance practices.
