TTITUDE
Winning isn’t the end of the game. It's when we just get started. And women up, shake hands,
shower off, challenge ourselves to train harder, pivot faster, jump higher, think smarter and play
better together so we can take on the next opponent, test or opportunity that comes our way.
Because winning is really an attitude.

As a student-athlete, you must keep the ball moving both on and off the court. You’re expected to
perform at your best whether that means practicing drills for two hours, six days a week, or crushing
midterms. No sweat? Think again. You will be pushed, elbowed, blocked, shoved, loved, hugged,
trusted and embraced by your teammates. So, are you ready to take your best jump shot?

My trip to Spain with UST Women's Basketball
31 NCAAWINS Sinn boasts the most NCAA wins of any conference team in the last 30 years
was unbelievable. And, we had the opportunity to play basketball against some of the most elite club teams in Spain. It was truly the trip of a lifetime!

MOMENTS pivotal
We want each of our student-athletes to grow into a
strong, confident woman who dares greatly and serves others with her gifts. The mistakes and setbacks we experience help us become stronger versions of ourselves. The real win is the people we become in the process. COACH RUTH SINN

A winning mentality isn’t solely created on
the court. Great teams are built by people who are committed to each other and share a vision. Our team book club is vital in creating this culture. Through our book discussions, we foster trust. As a result, winning just takes care of itself. MADDIE WOLKOW ‘18
I had the opportunity to connect with a mentor (and former
WBB player) who was working in the field I was studying. She taught me the importance of building a network and having curiosity in
the work environment. ANNA (SWANSON) PINK '09
