Teron is the Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, where he is a driving force for equity in the health care space. After graduating from St. Thomas, he put these valuable qualities into action for a decade while opening doors for many in his role in undergraduate student admissions.
