ST. THOMAS DAY 2025 MEET OUR HONOREES

Roxanne is a Professor of Psychology at the University of St. Thomas. She is a widely sought-after speaker and served on the NCAA Taskforce for Sleep and Well-Being. Her research on sleep and mental health has been summarized in a variety of national media outlets, including the New York Times , Wall Street Journal and NPR’s 1A podcast, among others. Her TEDx talk “Addressing our Children’s Sleep Debt” was featured in the lecture series Transforming Education . Roxanne serves as the PROFESSOR OF THE YEAR AWARD J. ROXANNE PRICHARD, PHD PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND NEUROSCIENCE PROGRAM

principal investigator of the National Science Foundation S-STEM grant and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Inclusive Excellence grant, both of which aim to enhance the educational experience for historically marginalized students in STEM fields. She has a B.A. in Biopsychology with a minor in women’s studies from Transylvania University in Lexington, KY and a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

TOMMIE AWARD AIDAN MCGILL ‘25 MAJOR: OPERATIONS AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT MINOR: BUSINESS ANALYTICS

Aidan is honored to have dedicated his time to roles that foster leadership, scholarship and campus involvement by embodying the values of St. Thomas Aquinas. As President of Men’s Club Soccer, he led the team to successes on and off the field. Aidan also has been a leader in Undergraduate Student Government and several campus clubs, and he served as an AARC Building Supervisor, Tommie Central Desk Attendant and a Game Day Operations Manager.

As a scholar, Aidan has maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.95 while balancing a rigorous academic schedule with his commitment to the Army National Guard, where he has served with the 34th Military Police Company since his first year as a Tommie. This balance strengthened his time management skills and reinforced his dedication to academic excellence. As a proud Tommie, Aidan strives to represent the best of St. Thomas values every day by advancing the common good and fostering an environment of inclusion.

Brian is a dedicated alumnus and a passionate supporter of the University of St. Thomas. With over 22 years of experience in the health care industry, Brian has leveraged his expertise to help organizations achieve workforce balance and improve health care service delivery. His commitment to fostering meaningful connections and his passion for people have made a lasting impact across multiple facets of the university. A proud Tommie, Brian has been deeply involved in the St. Thomas community through a variety of roles. in shaping its mission and initial strategic vision. He also is a staunch advocate for the university’s historic transition to Division I. Brian holds season tickets for football, men’s hockey and women’s hockey. Known for his thoughtfulness, intelligence and generosity, Brian is a respected leader whose contributions span across academics, athletics and student mentorship. He continues his family’s legacy of support for St. Thomas’ students and mission. His father, Dr. James E. McEnaney ’52, won the Monsignor James Lavin Award in 2011.

Charles is a passionate humanitarian and visionary leader dedicated to making a tangible impact on the lives of those in need. As the founder of See Them Grow Foundation, he has grown the organization from humble beginnings into a multifaceted initiative focused on strengthening communities through education, women’s empowerment, vocational training and sustainable agriculture. Charles’s compassion, empathy and leadership shine through in his work, particularly in his efforts to support women and girls in Uganda. He recognizes the critical HUMANITARIAN AWARD CHARLES MORGAN KISITU ‘10

need for menstrual health support to ensure educational opportunities and safety for girls, and he works tirelessly to create lasting change. His ability to gather and mobilize a diverse group of individuals to bring his vision to life has had a profound impact, exemplifying the true meaning of humanitarian work. His unwavering dedication to improving lives and his respect for all individuals make him a powerful advocate for social change.

As the President and Founder of the Brain- Based Leadership Institute, John has pioneered advancements in leadership development grounded in neuroscience. He has held emeritus positions as a Professor of Psychiatry and as the Regional Community Dean at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, where he also served as Chair of the Consortium of Advanced Psychology Training and past Dean of Admissions. His leadership at Michigan State exemplified his commitment to shaping the next generation of physicians. DISTINGUISHED ALUMNUS JOHN B. MOLIDOR, PHD ‘73

John’s contributions extend beyond Michigan, as he played a pivotal role in the Association of American Medical Colleges’ (AAMC) efforts to expand regional campuses to alleviate the physician shortage. His impact is widely recognized in the medical education community because of his exceptional ability to engage with national leaders, provide mentorship to colleagues and maintain an unwavering focus on quality and service. John’s continued leadership within the National Speaker’s Association and Global Speakers Federation further exemplify his commitment to leadership and professional development.

Teron is the Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, where he is a driving force for equity in the health care space. Through his leadership, Teron champions initiatives that create inclusive environments, ensuring access and fairness for all communities. inspiring individuals among his peers. After graduating from St. Thomas, he put these valuable qualities into action for a decade while opening doors for many in his role in undergraduate student admissions. He also collaborated with the Dougherty Family College, leading efforts to recruit and support access for all. His compassionate and curious approach to addressing societal challenges has left a lasting impact on the broader university community. Teron has a long-standing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. His work extends beyond his professional role, reflecting a deep passion for creating equitable opportunities and fostering understanding.
