She recently got engaged, and she and her fiancé Brian (pictured below) adopted their third dogWayne, a field golden retriever and goofy cuddle bug who came home from hunting school as a star pupil!

Effective September 8, 2020, Kelly Geistler (pictured below) was appointed InterimCity Clerk of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, responsible for Elections Administration, Business Licensing, Clerk to the City Council, Parking Administration, and City Records.
Mardell Presler joined the Board of Directors for Volunteer Lawyers Network. She was also asked to chair the Development Committee for the Hennepin County Bar Foundation. Through these positions, Mardell continues to support nonprofits that serve underprivileged individuals seeking access to justice. Hannah Lindeborg was promoted to Manager at EY in the Global Operations and TFO (Tax and Finance Operate) group. Outside of work, her “3L baby,” Finnegan, just turned five on September 11, reminding all of us just how quickly time flies. She and her husband welcomed two more babies since law school, Evelyn (2½ years) and Charlotte (14 months), and their oldest, Aiden, started 6th grade this fall. RobMaloney is now Corporate Counsel at phData, Inc. (Minneapolis), the largest pure- play service provider for data analytics andmachine learning. Congratulations to Kristin Giant , who launched Hyper Local Impact, a strategic consulting firm out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Kristin works with individual investors/philanthropists, nonprofits and for-profits to develop comprehensive and actionable strategies to activate impact investing locally in Fort Wayne. In addition to advisory services, Kristin will be launching an impact investing fund within the next two years to accelerate more resources andmore impact. In the short term, Hyper Local Impact is working on some exciting projects in support of local philanthropists, investors, and social ventures.
